So much to offer, located centrally in Key Largo at Sunset Cove with the best sunsets. Located directly on Florida Bay, Gulf of Mexico with 140ft dock and sandy beach. Built new from the ground up, our property feature modern conveniences such as wifi, central air and heat, swimming pool and more.

Unique Benefits

Our homes are setup as 4 condo's for privacy between groups and families. Each home consists of 2 floors. First floor is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen, wash and dryer. Upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 is a master suite, living room, kitchen, washer and dryer.
