Deposit Requirements
We have an office/property manager that will take care of all rental contracts and collection of all monies. Credit Cards are welcome! The $300 refundable security deposit is due upon making the reservation and will be refunded about one week after reservation is over, minus any damages.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The separate $300 refundable security deposit is due upon making the reservation. The total rental amount is due anytime (and in any increments) up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental and is totally refundable up until that time.

My mother and father purchased our condo in 1983 and our family has spent many a vacation at their beautiful Sea Isle condo. Why This Property?
My parents purchased our condo back in the 80's as a vacation property. They wanted a beautiful beach spot to be able to fish, snorkel, dive and just enjoy the gorgeous water in the US so they wouldn't have to travel out of the country! We have beautiful, tropical grounds and gardens and are about a minute's walk to Sea Isle's private beach and pool. We are in a beautiful, quiet area of Key Colony Beach but are in walking distance to bars, restaurants, a golf course and Sunset Park!
