About the Property
We have been making our beach home available to rent since 2002. We also do not do it as most vacation homes in Ocean City Maryland. We believe making our home yours for the week and provide prepared beds with fresh linens, beach, bath hand and face towels. We have been making our beach home available to rent since 2002. We also do not do it as most vacation homes in Ocean City Maryland. We believe making our home yours for the week and provide prepared beds with fresh linens, beach, bath hand and face towels. Paper products and a lots more for your week's enjoyment at Ocean City for your summer vacation. We believe once staying at our home you will know that we care about the guest that visits us.
Our home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests of which the maximum adults is 4 with the rest being children up to 8 guests total. Our association allows for two vehicles in dedicated parking spots. We are a two bedroom ocean front home with the master bedroom being ocean font and having a king bed. There is also a balcony off the bedroom and a full sized bathroom. The other bedroom has two full size beds beds. The other bathroom is accessible from the hall and other rooms. We have flat screen televisions in both bedroom with cable as well as a television with cable and dvd player in the living room. The living room also has play station.
We have a fully equipped kitchen. If you love to cook you will find everything there to do such. Full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and small appliances for cooking. We have a dining area. The kitchen, dining and living room also have ocean front views. The living room also connects to the balcony. We have a full laundry room with full size HE washer and dryer. We leave a beach cart, beach umbrellas and beach chairs for your use.

Busy always, but especially love my vacation homes and sharing them and being host to our guests. I believe if you treat people well, they do in return and if you stay at our home you will see we are hands on and love to spoil our guests. I have been doing this for many years (28 yrs a/o 2016) Started out at age 24 when I talked my mom into being a partner on a small studio beach vacation rental. Always wanted to have a B&B, but this is as close to such for now. I love to cook and entertain and if you stay at my home will see that love for my homes and guests.
