Does your dream vacation include lounging on the balcony in the morning and watching the dolphins play in the surf while sipping coffee? Or playing in the surf and making sandcastles or lying under an umbrella with a good book? Or going to bed at night with the windows open listening to the surf of the Gulf of Mexico? If you answered yes to any of those this is the perfect spot for you! This property is off the beaten track in a quiet area on Scenic Gulf Drive with many conveniences close by. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery, amusements, and outlet mall shopping. And the beachfront is huge--over 600 feet of crystal white sugar sand beach, (the equivalent of more than 2 football fields), the area's largest per unit. Lots of room to spread out and not ever feel crowded! And if you have an adventuresome side, you can go snorkeling, parasail, kayak or rent a jet ski just steps away. How about a surf lesson or a YOLO board lesson? Again, just a few steps away. Walk across the street and you have a biking/hiking trail that goes for miles along the water!
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and beautiful granite countertops with a breakfast bar. And you will find the kitchen fully stocked with full dinner service and all cooking utensils. Washer & dryer are conveniently located inside condo. There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area as well as a small chair that folds out into a child bed. The balcony has table & chairs and a lounge chair allowing for a very relaxing breakfast overlooking the Gulf or celebrating the sunset with a toast & dinner! There is a split bathroom so both rooms can be utilized at the same time. All linens are supplied.
Complex amenities include complimentary beach service (March-October), complimentary wireless internet, two pools--large (heated in season) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! And right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There is a video game room, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available for use any time and located next to the clubhouse. In the clubhouse you will find a large meeting room with games, computer access & a large screen TV. There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. There is a hiking/biking trail that goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
