Located on a quiet residential-only street, this spacious lake home puts you just 3 miles away from the ski slopes and all the four-season fun of a day at the Wisp Resort. This beautiful lakefront home was built for a perfectly relaxing and enjoyable vacation! The open layout kitchen and great room allows guests to enjoy the fully stocked and updated kitchen (Keurig coffee machine and spice rack included), while still being close with family and friends. Enjoy a meal on the covered deck while gazing at the phenomenal lake views! Spread out into the large basement, which has a full wet bar, bar seating, foosball table, and sofa set with a large flat screen TV! Ready for more fun? Head over to the amazing game room, located in the carriage house over the garage. You'll undoubtedly spend countless hours playing pool, winning big on the the Golden Tee arcade game or bonding with the kids over the completely refurbished classics arcade game. You are sure to have a blast reliving your youth with PacMan, Donkey Kong, Galaga, and 60 other classic games from your childhood.
Additional indoor creature comforts include an updated air conditioning system, high speed and wireless internet (which extends all the way down to the private dock!!), and a premium cable channel selection and streaming services. Our family fell in love with this house the first time we saw it. From the beautiful finishes within the home (hardwood floors throughout, completely updated kitchen, tasteful and comfortable furniture), to the abundance of privacy the location of the house offers, while still being 3 miles away from WISP, and only 2 miles away from the main grocery store in town. Our kids were immediately drawn to the private dock, and climbing on the rocks along our private shoreline. We knew this would be a wonderful home for our family to enjoy, as well as for other families, or groups of friends!
