Our spacious log home is located in the heart of the Poconos and is available for year-round enjoyment of all that the area has to offer! Our spacious log home is located in the heart of the Poconos and is available for year-round enjoyment of all that the area has to offer! We overlook beautiful Beltzville Lake State Park and Blue Mountain Ski Resort (you can see it across the valley from the front porch!), Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost and new indoor water parks are all just a short drive away. Penn’s Peak is a 10 minute drive and a great place for big name entertainment and a spectacular view of the Blue Mountain Ridge. Nearby attractions include The Historic Town of Jim Thorpe, Pocono International Raceway and The Crossings Outlet Shopping Center, to name a few. We offer a 10% rental discount for active military and veterans – thank our fellow vets for your service!
Our log home will comfortably sleep 11 people. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, each of the other two bedrooms has a double and single bed, and the open loft has a single bed. There are 2 full baths and linens are included. The fully equipped kitchen is next to a large dining area and a two story great room. There's comfortable seating in the living room and a wood stove provides comfort and warmth on chilly nights (traditional electric heat is also available in each room and there’s air conditioning in the summer). There's a large screen TV with DVD player, WIFI throughout the house, washer and dryer, and plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside. Adults age 25 and ol1der or families only.

Mostly retired now as a commercial photographer Janet & I have been in the in the hospitality business for most of our 50 years of marriage. We built this cabin when our own kids were kids as our family vacation home, and now enjoy it with their families and grandkids.

It was a great place to stay and relax. We had a great time at Jim Thorpe. We caught some fish at Beltsville lake which is only a mile or so from the cabin. If you have a boat or jetski you can take it there. Just a great weekend with friends.

Janet & Marty's place was perfect for our 'get away' weekend. From the moment we booked they were responsive and patient in answering all of our questions. Once we arrived, the space was perfectly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch, cooking in the kitchen, and relaxing in the living room in the evening. We felt right at home.

Wonderful cabin, we had a great stay. The 3 levels are very good to spread out if needed, but we spent pretty much the whole time around the wood stove. :) The oven runs a bit hot so a frozen pizza met an untimely demise but other than that everything was perfect!
