We bought this property to sneak away from the busyness of life. We find ourselves coming up here often and absolutely cherish every minute of it. Everything, from the hiking, early morning walks, HOA amenities, snow sports, sitting out under the stars, wine tasting, is incredible and so relaxing! Unique Benefits

I love this Blue Lake Springs location because you have to have a guest pass to even get into the clubhouse, pool, and lake, etc. Our kids have such a blast here. We are looking forward to coming back year-after-year so that they will hopefully start to see familiar faces in the crowd. We hope you make those memories here, as well. Perfect for our family. Couple with 2 kids. Couple with no kids and Grandma. House was well equipped. Even sleds for the kids even though there was very little snow to be found. We went to Moaning Cavern and Columbia, hiked at Calaveras Big Trees. Bought lots of groceries at the local store and ate in every night. What else... nicely decorated but I worried about white carpets with kids. Was not a problem. The owner was super responsive. Thank you Joslyn!!

The Nest is a beautiful house located in Arnold. It is very clean, quiet, and looks brand new. We stayed for Thanksgiving week-end and it was the perfect place. The owners were wonderful and answered all our questions. We felt welcomed. We highly recommend this house.

Come visit this spacious-yet-cozy cabin nestled in the trees in the exclusive Blue Lake Springs Association. We back to the forest, so we have no rear neighbors, which creates a very private feel. Once back on Hwy 4, we are located just 5 minutes from Big Trees State Park and close to Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, and wine tasting in the most adorable town of Murphys.

Blue Lake Springs clubhouse (Snowflake Lodge) offers weekend dining, a pool, two lakes with floating docks, a playground, and tennis courts. The Family Fun Zone has a basketball court, ping pong tables, foosball, bocce, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. There are also Saturday night movie nights at the amphitheater, story time for the kids, a snack bar, and so much more.

This home is very thoughtfully cared for. Our housekeeper uses only the best cleaning products in an effort make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. Cozy linens and towels are provided. Extra blankets available. Please provide your own beach towels.

On level one you'll find a mudroom, full laundry room, full bathroom, bedroom and a sauna. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable queen bed and ample closet space.

On the second level you'll find the main living area, which includes the kitchen with all the utensils you'll need. Mostly everything, from pots and pans, plates, glasses, and silverware are brand new. A large dining table overlooks a large deck with a beautiful view of the trees. The wood-burning stove offers a cozy nook which calls you to gather around, chat, and play cards. We also have a small collection of books if all you want to do is snuggle up and get lost in adventure. A second set of sliders leads out onto the main deck where you can BBQ and lean back and enjoy the magnificent mountain-style, starry night.

Off of the main area there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2, what we call "the kids' room," has a bunk bed and a single bed and is very spacious with plenty of room to play. Sliders lead to a deck off of this room, offering a beautiful and peaceful entry into the backyard.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a beautiful view of nature, as well. Wake up to the sights and sounds of wild birds, grey squirrels, and even the occasional deer or five.

It's absolutely, positively peaceful here. Every time I leave I cannot wait to return and relax. We love to share, and we'd love for you to enjoy this space as much as we do.
