Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st century :-)) we should respect normal house rules like.... no party after 10pm, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, late check-in fee after 7pm, don't ring at neighbors bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window, eg. Just use your common sense. Cleaning service fee included in the total nightly price. ARRIVAL - Meet-and-greet at the apartment: Check-in is usually done by a guest manager who will be waiting at the apartment to hand the keys and explain everything to you - no need to collect the keys elsewhere. Check-in (bag-drop without staying in the apartment) from 11:30 AM, move-in from 2:30 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM; better only if possible; late check-in after 8:00 PM available at GBP 40. An earlier check-in/move-in or later check-out might be available if you book an additional night. Please note that our guest manager will be glad to wait for you in the apartment within the time agreed. In case we agreed for a check-in time or a bag-drop time and you arrive later, there will be a waiting fee of GBP10/hr SECURITY DEPOSIT- GBP 200 is paid in cash upon arrival and is refunded prior to your departure.
