Our newly renovated and tastefully furnished condos are located in close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches of Florida.
The master bedrooms with kingsizebeds, matress brand Simmons Beautyrest/ Worldclass, have en-suite-bathrooms with tub or large shower, a large walking-in-closet and TV. The second bedrooms have two single beds/twins, as well as their own, also new bathrooms with ... more +

Our newly renovated and tastefully furnished condos are located in close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches of Florida.
The master bedrooms with kingsizebeds, matress brand Simmons Beautyrest/ Worldclass, have en-suite-bathrooms with tub or large shower, a large walking-in-closet and TV. The second bedrooms have two single beds/twins, as well as their own, also new bathrooms with shower and toilet. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
The pool, heated during winter, is only be used by renters and owners. The poolarea was remodelled recently with new tiles and furniture.
Tandem parking is available for both condos.
A complimentary trolley runs the island, the bus stop is only steps away.
The beach may be reached within walking distance - come on, take the beachchairs and waternoodles with you and enjoy a great day on the beach.
The kitchens are fully equipped: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, new washer and dryer .
The furniture in living and dining area are of high quality and complete (including 'flat screen and DVD).
The entire condos are tiled.
Enjoy the screened balcony for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
We offer free Wifi ; long- distance-calls within the US and Canada are included.
Enjoy the community pool with chairs, bathroom. Heated during winter !
Beach utilities , i.e. chairs, waternoodels are also prepared for our guests.
Publix supermarket, pharmacies are nearby
We do use the condos on our on as well: that's why we take care of high standard within the condos. We ourselves feel comfortable within the condos and we hope our guest will do so as well.

You also may join the Manatee beach with restrooms, restaurants. This public beach has life guards on duty and a playground for kids.
Join riding the free island trolley bus that runs the island every 20 minutes to get to bars and restaurants . Some of them have life music in the evening.

We have been looking for suitable accommodation for us . It was not easy , and has taken many years , until we find the right property . Our claims to the appropriate place were high. We wanted to be on the island , but the mainland should also be reached quickly . We like to relax and calm down and we like beautiful beaches , but did not want to give up shopping, restaurants and bars . It should

We wanted to be on the island , but the mainland should also be reached quickly . We like to relax and calm down and we like beautiful beaches , but did not want to give up shopping, restaurants and bars . It should be a place that is suitable for families with kids and couples . But rest and relaxation should be no contradiction . Our broker was often at a loss , but then had the right property for us . It took a long time , but we know it was worth it . We like to come here . Anna Maria Iceland was again named one of the top islands of the United States.
