Cozy cottage in the heart of the Big Bear Lake and conveniently close to the many amenities in the area. Our street ends and sits at the base of the San Bernardino National Forest where the local Town Trail can be hiked approximately ¾ of a mile in either direction to Snow Summit or The Village as well as other trails. Our cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the necessities for a summer BBQ under the stars or a nice, quiet indoor dinner. Our large patio is perfect for children. Our property is fully fenced, so kids can run around or play in the snow. An indoor washer and dryer will be available for use during your stay.
Inside, find comfort in a well prepared queen-sized bed and a bathroom stocked with bath, hand and face towels. The couch in the living room converts to a pull out bed where you can relax and watch a movie while the electric fire place keeps you warm.
Above, you will find a large loft with a full size bed, as well as a futon that folds out and an extra flat screen, smart TV. This is a perfect sleeping area separate from the main rooms, and makes for an ideal extra sleeping room.
During the summer months, you can easily walk to Meadow Park and take in the lake views with an optional playground for kids.
So whether you are a seasoned skier/snowboarder or like to escape and spend some time outdoors hiking, cycling, or eating and dining; this cozy cottage is a perfect option for small families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
The cabin comes stocked with all the necessities needed for a brief mountain getaway.

When you book our property you agree to the following:
- Additional cleaning fee $95.
- $350 Security Deposit.
- Check out is before 11:00AM.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors as you are in a residential area.
- No pets allowed (STRICT). If there is a pet brought into the property, risk possible loss of deposit.
- No smoking/drugs allowed.
- All trash needs to be taken to a "Clean Bear" Site. There are two very convenient locations. All trash left behind will be charged a $10 fee per bag.
- All dishes must be washed and put away before departure. Any additional cleaning outside of the usual will be charged an additional cost.
- 2 cars maximum. Please be responsible and park your cars appropriately. Do not block streets and keep all cars parked on driveways. During winter months, do not block plows or park anywhere on the street or you will be fined.
- Chains are needed during the winter months.
