We were sold after stepping into the condo and seeing the breath taking views along with available boat slips out our front door, a heated pool, Ferry beach with amenities next door, short walking or boating distance to downtown. Also nicely located between Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne City, Bay Harbor. Boyne highlands, Knobs knob, and Boyne mountain are within a 40 minute drive.
