I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Marie’s studio apartment for the month of October 2017. My husband joined me for the final two weeks, and was equally impressed with its many unique features. The apartment itself and its location are ideal. The studio is light and airy, on the top floor of a beautiful Haussmann building, with two charming little balconies. It is immaculate, with every convenience, and extremely secure. The location is within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and bus, métro and train connections are close by, as well as a Monoprix and other handy shops. But the most wonderful feature of renting this studio is its owners, Marie and Pascal. Pascal greeted both of us at the airport and accompanied us to the apartment. Land line and cell phone were provided, and we were encouraged to keep in touch with any questions or concerns. I/we went on some of Marie’s personalized tours, which were all wonderful. Marie is encyclopaedic in her knowledge, and her tours are most engaging and informative. We had been to Paris several times before, and can honestly say that this little studio is a gem in every respect. Thank you, Marie and Pascal, for renting your lovely studio to us, and for your hospitality. Your love of Paris and genuine caring for your clients is evident in every way.

We settled on Haussmann, not because we knew it but because we had good vibes. You see Marie and Pascal, our hostess and host smothered us with pictures, emails, and suggestions prior to our decision. Numerous phone calls to us extended that personal touch and that was the beginning of a relationship that will last. This apartment in the prestigious building of Haussmann is atop the building overlooking rooftops where we could relax on either balcony enjoying a wine or really a scrumptious "Macaron". Upon deciding to use her apartment as a vacation site, Marie missed nothing in her decorating and her utilization of all appliances and utensils. It is amazingly complete with tHigh Speed Internet and the FREE calls home. There is no need to expound the accolades of this area. Centrally located, it is a "walker's" paradise with lots of alternate transportation available. Pascal and Marie guided us throughout our celebration. We spoke, chatted, traveled, confided and in the end we left behind new permanent "friends". we could not have been more fortunate in our quest to find a place to stay. WE FOUND A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
Safe, clean, and modern with an amazing location! Reviewed 15 Jan 2017 for a stay in Jan 2017 This apartment very safe, as well as quiet, clean and well equipped. It is very modern with two beautiful small patios and the location is amazing! It is a short metro ride to the Louvre, Champs Elysees, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, and more, or you can walk, which we did, and it was wonderful. Marie and Pascal provide you with all the information you will need to navigate your way. There are wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, confections, and shopping all along Haussmann Blvd so you don’t need to venture far to find a good meal or afternoon coffee and pastry. In addition, when you reserve this apartment, Pascal will meet you at the airport to help you with your luggage and get you on the right bus to take you to the apartment. It was wonderful to be met at the gate! They will both share their love of the city and have lots of wonderful historical information that I found fascinating. We had a wonderful stay here and will be staying here again when we are back in Paris. Dani from Massachusetts, USA
Paris Paradise ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I can only echo everything else already said. The reviews are accurate. The place is wonderful and you are immersed in the true Paris during your stay. Just open the windows, sit on the balcony and breathe it in while watching a sunset. The secret, however, is the team of Marie and Pascal. They treat you like family more than guests. They have a great sense of when to offer some more ideas and when to just let things chill. They also sense your physical limits and never push. Marie is in incredible teacher of all things French and Paris, from art history to political history to current local politics, and it simply flows from her like an enjoyable story. It seems there is nothing she does not know about Paris without ever looking on Google. Date of arrival March 28, 2017
Perfect Hosts and Loved the Views from 2 Balconies Left on Jun 10, 2017, for a stay in May 2017 This is a remodeled, modern, and perfectly clean and well-equipped apartment. For me the real treat was the 2 Balconies opened it to the street 5 stories below. We ate most of our meals there and enjoyed the fresh air and skyline views - including a couple of very nice sunsets. The triple-paned glass and made sleeping just fine. To make things easy after an overnight flight, Pascal met us upon our CDG arrival and escorted us via bus to his neighborhood. Low cost and no hassles while a bit sleepy. Marie had the apartment spotless. It's small, even by Paris standards, but white and some mirrors made for a perfect stay. Watch an episode of 'Tiny Houses' and you will see it works fine. Closet for clothes, TV, phone, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. It's a great value in a perfect location. We used the buses with a 10-pack pass and got to or near everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed our stay at 85. Never had any issues or problems. Thank you!
