About Laura or Rica
This condo rental is a family business. Laura and I (Rica) take care of all the bookings personally. We care deeply about our guests and for this reason we have repeat business year after year.
Why This Property?
My sister and I have been traveling to Indian Shores for over 25 years. A tradition that started with our parents has now continued with our own families. We are delighted that our dream of owning our own beach place has finally come true.
Unique Benefits
Enjoy the stunning views from the balcony that faces the gulf. You can also see the gulf and hear it from the Master Bedroom and Living area. How wonderful it is to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. There's nothing like being right on the gulf!
