This single level Lakeside Villas Cottage offers a scenic view that can be enjoyed from a spacious screened-in porch. This property has been recently remodeled including new furniture throughout.
Litchfield By the Sea provides seven professional grade clay lighted tennis courts, bike trails, a large swimming pool and 24 hour gated security. A Spa and fitness center is available. Golf is premiere here with 20 golf courses within a 15-minute drive and over 100 courses in the Myrtle Beach area.
The area has wonderful restaurants and quaint, unique shopping. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Plantation tours, scenic rice fields with marsh vistas, gorgeous moss draped oak trees and gorgeous beaches embody the historic Pawley’s Island area.

Cherie also does outside design work. The furnishings, accessories and amenities of our Lakeside Villa are not normally found in rentals of this price category. Luxurious hardwood floors and high end soft Fabrica carpet (remember, we are in the flooring business). Flat screen televisions in all rooms and a gaming console for kids. Cherie's selection of luxury bedding, linens and towels will make you want to come back. Our guests enjoy the artwork and accessories that fill the home.

We both loved the exterior architecture, location and open floor plan of the Lakeside Villas. With only one common wall and no one above or below, the quiet surroundings are certainly appealing.
