My wife and I have been traveling for years and settled on Palmas Del Mar in Puerto Rico. We know you will enjoy palmas as much as well do.

This property has an amazing location with balconies facing both the Caribbean sea and the 5th and 6th holes on the championship golf course.

Update April 2017. We just added more beach chairs and we also have golf clubs to rent during your stay. Our guest ratings say it all. This luxury Beach Villa in Palmas Del Mar has just been completely renovated. PRIVATE MEMBER ONLY POOL. Everything is new. Air Conditioning throughout. Internet access. The living area and each of the three bedrooms has ocean view or golf course view balcony access. Balcony access can also be locked off for privacy or child safety concerns. With easy access to the San Juan (SJU) airport and attractions like the Bio Bay in Fajardo, El Yunque rainforest and many boating options, Palmas del Mar is the place to be. Whether your adventurous side drives you or your goal is simply to relax, we have it all from 15 restaurants, two golf courses, an equestrian center and more.

Open the front door to the ocean breeze and see the ocean. A 90 second walk gets you there. If a pool is more your fancy, our pool is large and in fantastic shape and private to our condo association only.

If you like to look for deals, look no further. Our membership in the Palmas Athletic Club provides great discounts on restaurants, tennis and golf. Be sure to rent with owners who are Palmas Athletic Club members to get the true benefits of Palmas Del Mar.

Let’s take a tour. As you enter the villa foyer, you are presented with all the luxury beach towels for your stay and presented with the new tile floors that you will experience throughout. Just to your right is the laundry room with a new high efficiency washer and dryer set. Head up the stairs to your all stainless steel kitchen where everything is new from the appliances to the cabinets and cookware. An open floor plan opens up into your dining area and living area all with new furniture and a 60” TV and golf course balcony access.

Just to the left of the living area is the master bedroom with an amazing newly restyled bathroom and a 40”TV. Be sure to see the pictures. This bedroom with a king size bed offers golf course view balcony access.

Just up a short set of steps are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as the second full bath with a tub. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, 40” TV and an oceanview balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers 4 twin bunkbeds with oceanview balcony access. Our villa offers comfortable sleeping to 8 and offers large closets in each bedroom.

Each bedroom and the living area have their own independently controlled air conditioners allowing our guests to choose their own comfort.

Our villa is complimented by our onsite property management service Comfort Rentals who is there to provide a friendly face to your visit and cater to any concerns that may arise. We have also become members of the Palmas Athletic Club through which we are able to offer discounts on golf, tennis and more.
