This is a beachfront condo. The beach is only a step away from the condo. It's on the second floor, there are 2 stairs to go up to the condo, between those 2 stairs there is a small landing. The main deck is directly facing the ocean with endless ocean view. Children under 17 years old must be supervised by adult at all times 24/7 (max 2 children per adult).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Reservation fee $100 is not refundable. Reservation fee is required to do booking.
House Rules
No smoking or no vaping within 25 ft of the condo. No pets and wild animals. No fish cleaning indoor & outdoor. No fish cooking indoor. Outdoor shoes and sandals must stay outside of the condo. This condo is my happy place and I wanna share my happy place with you! It has almost everything you need, so all you have to do is bring yourself and have fun in the beach!

This property offers everything that goes along with spending a day at the beach. Its located just a few short steps from the surf and sand. So its ultra convienent in many ways. In the morning enjoy long walks on the beach. Afterwords change into swimming gear and hit the beach.
