A Spacious Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and a Large Guest Room with another Queen Bed awaits you at the end of the day. There's even an air mattress bed for that one extra guest that will be sure to drop in. There is a bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms and another 1/2 bath downstairs with a laundry room.
The subdivision has great amenities such as a swimming pool with gazebo, tennis court, and community dock. If you are a golfer, several golf courses are close by, one of them being the Harbor Club around 15 minutes away and is known worldwide for its great golf course.
Lake Oconee is the second largest lake in Georgia, with over 70 miles of shoreline on a 19,000-acre lake. You can rent fishing boats, ski boats, or jet skis nearby. The Ritz Carlton Lodge is nearby with an outstanding Spa. Browsing antique shops is minutes away in historic Madison (recently named the Number-One Small Town in America), Greensboro, and Eatonton.
Dining Options include: The Silver Moon, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, The Pickle Barrel Restaurant, the Bone Island Grille, Filet's, The Plantation Grille (at Reynolds Plantation), Linger Longer Bar and Grill (Oconee Club House at the Ritz Carlton), and the Ritz Carlton which features two Restaurants, Georgia's Restaurant for fine dining or a more laid back environment at Gaby's on the Lake. We always wanted to live at Lake Oconee and bought our townhouse back in 2005 and used it as a great getaway. We finally realized our dream last year when we bought another lakehouse. So we now rent our townhouse so that others can enjoy the lake like we did on weekends and vacations.

This townhome is centrally located near Sugar Creek Marina and not far from I-20. It is in a quiet cove with breathtaking sunsets.
