Outstanding Service
Date of Stay: September 14th , 2020

Due to a one-time issue with the booking company, we arrived at Lake Haven to find it was already occupied. We did check the place out: it looked inviting and the location was great. We immediately contacted Judy and Leigh who were shocked and embarrassed because it had never happened before. They went into high gear to find another excellent cottage (at their expense) nearby, pulling strings to get us in and settled in no time. They checked with us during our stay to be sure we were comfortable and happy. They even offered us a free night at Lake Haven when we sign up for return visit. We're planning to take them up on that! We can't say enough about how accommodating and helpful they were. They went way above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

Modern features, warm, well furnished, and plenty of amenities

Stayed lakeside at Lake Haven for 4 nights and loved it. We had easy access to both route 3 and 7,000 of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. We enjoyed being able to return to the modern cabin, which had plenty of seating space for our 6 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well stocked with electric stove, toaster, mr coffee, pots, pans, spatulas, etc. The couches were super comfy. TV's were top notch & WiFi worked seamlessly. The only negative - the full bed/futon was miserably uncomfortable for adults, but probably just fine for kids. The two king beds upstairs were much better. The view from the porch is amazing as it spans the entire lake. The owners were great to work with.
