We have Canaveral National Seashore on the south end of the island for birders, and nature lovers. We have the beautiful Ponce Inlet on the North end of the island with spectacular views of the lighthouse and fishing boats coming and going plus great fishing off the jetty.

There is also a $90 one time cleaning fee and I must collect sales and resort tax of 12.5%. Rates will be lower in off season after Labor Day through January. Rates are higher for special events and holidays. A $200 security deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. I can accept a credit card for an immediate confirmation. The security deposit is not part of the rent and is returned once you vacate the rental and it has been cleaned and inventoried.

Deposit Requirements

  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: I only rent by the month after Labor Day through January. From February to Labor Day I normally only rent by the week or two weeks maximum. My husband and I personally own and manage three 2BD/2BA condos at this ocean front resort.
