Step into luxury at its finest in your oceanfront beach home. Kick back and relax. Enjoy your backyard oceanfront views with an ocean breeze on your covered porch while watching the dolphins, surfers and people fishing from the Surf City pier. Go for a swim in the ocean or the community pool. From the morning sunrises or the serenity of amber sunsets, you will have it all while vacationing here in this well-appointed home.
Top floor contains a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with gorgeous ocean views. The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking up your favorite meals and modern appliances including side by side refrigerator, smooth top stove/ oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bamboo floors throughout all of the upstairs living/dining areas.
Ground level has parking for 3 cars and an outdoor enclosed shower. Ground floor also contains a bedroom with a bunk bed. The indoor stairs or elevator will lead you to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a private bathroom with ceramic tile showers and floors. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located on this level. Bedroom 1 has a pillow top Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has both a full size bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 contains a pillow top King size bed with views of the ocean and a private balcony with rocking chairs. The laundry facility with ceramic floors is conveniently located on this floor. The top floor contains a Master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath with jetted tub and shower. The private deck from this bedroom is a great place to watch the sunset.
For entertainment at home, there are total of 5 televisions and a DVD player. The Living Room also has a stereo system and you can watch TV with surround sound. Cable television with HD channels. Bring your laptop or ipad and enjoy free high speed wireless internet.
This home is located on North Shore Drive away from all the traffic. The Surf City pier and the heart of town is just 1 block away, with numerous restaurants, a grocery store, shopping and parking just a stroll away. The park features a playground and beautiful walkways over the water for amazing views of the sunset. Park your car for the week and enjoy the convenience of walking to all the attractions.

What a wonderful house directly on the beach! First, the house is as beautiful as the photos depict, nicely maintained with lovely fixtures and appliances. Private baths for each of the bedrooms on floors 2 and 3 are roomy and updated. The elevator is a nice option for anyone needing assistance with stairs. The location of the rental allows you the luxury of walking to the local grocery, having lunch with an amazing view of the ocean at nearby restaurants( Daddy Mac's or Buddy's Crab House both pleasantly surprised us) or a more upscale dinner at several restaurants....again all within walking distance. The beach is wide at low tide but is equally wide enough at high tide which is not always the case ocean front. The pool is another nice option and it is worth noting that the pool was cleaned and water tested several times during our stay. Two porches provide lovely ocean views and are furnished with comfortable high adirondack chairs on the upper deck and rockers on the lower deck. The owners, Donna and John, are easy to reach with any questions you may have and are wonderful to work with. Our ages ranged from 19 to 61 and everyone has agreed this is the property we would like to return to next year. We also feel this would be a wonderful property to visit during the Fall, again with easy proximity to so much. Looking forward to our return visit!
Beautiful!! That is an understatement!! This unit was just what the owners advertised and more!! It was beautiful and well maintained!! We took a picture that looks exactly like the one they took of the pier!! Our ages ranged from 28 to 84 and we all had a fun/relaxing time. The owners are great to work with, too! Hope to do it again next year!!
That's exactly what we were, speechless, when we walked in this immaculate townhome. Location - perfect - walk to everything. We've been vacationing in Topsail for many years and this is by far our BEST rental ever. The owners are amazing to work with. You won't find any better on the island !
This is the best location on Topsail by far. Everything is within walking distance and the views are beautiful! I highly recommend this rental for families with young children.Our granddaughters loved the tigers! (stuffed ones) After touring Topsail my wife and I agree we made the right decision in choosing this townhouse.
Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a great week away.
