Family owned and maintained cottage we share with family, friends, and renters who become new friends. Stay for a week or longer and you'll want to return for years.

Why This Property?

After renting this cottage for multiple weeks during a nine year period, we wanted a permanent second home for our family gatherings. This property has unique history as it has only had six owners in its 93 year history with the current structure built in 1944 considered to be the oldest beach structure in Sunset Bay.
