This Unique water front Villa nestled in the tree line with spacious courtyard, swimming pool and private dock is an exceptional place to unwind and enjoy the laid back East end of Roatan ,often referred to as the Venice of the Caribbean. With our two kayaks one can discover the mangrove canals, swim in the crystal blue swimming holes, paddle to near by stores and restaurants. Either by us in our speed boat or rent our12ft skiff/30hp local or water taxi one can traverse the canals and waterways behind the reef system and discover the other towns and villages. The fishing is outstanding just past the reef within eye sight of the house. Roatan famous. for it's diving has many dive outfitters near by. As owners and avid sailors we have our 42ft sailing ketch moored to the property dock available for charter. Water access only we can provide secure parking and once a week travel to the abundant supermarket and banks. Private courtyard recreation area with 12 ft x 12 ft swimming pool, 40 ft dock.

USCG approved Captain, avid sailors with many years sailing the Caribbean discovered Roatan and decided to settle down. Looking for a safe harbor and pleasant community we found it here in Jonesville Bight Roatan with it's vibrant expat community, With no regrets we have found our little piece of paradise

Have stayed with Deb and John twice for a week each time and will be returning this year for two weeks..If adventure and fun is what your looking for,this is the place for you. They go out of their way to make sure your every wish for a great vacation happens..Beauty at every turn. The casita and wrap around deck are fantastic,everything you need you have at your fingertips..Deb and John can direct you to all activities and tours available.ie..snorkeling ,sailing,bar hopping or romantic strolls on a deserted beach. You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your getaway. So excited to see these two beautiful hosts again and have new adventures.

Everything is at your fingertips,casita is well equipt for a week or month stay.Deb and John are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to make you feel like your fun is their top priority.Have stayed with them 3 times and will be returning solo this Jan..looking forward to laying in the pool and enjoying ocean beauty right in front of me..thank you both for treating me like family ..xoxo..

What a beautiful house and property! And WOW! What a view! Honeymooners, Babymooners, Anniversary Celebrations- nothing could beat this romantic Caribbean spot! Go for a sail with Debbie and John, head out snorkeling, and come back to a very relaxing porch and comfortable casita at night. We were here in 2016, and look forward to our 2nd trip in just a short few weeks in 2017!! Looking forward to the new pool and latest updates!
