Sunrises can be enjoyed from the outside covered deck which boasts fantastic unobstructed beach and ocean views. Custom Tommy Bahama furniture throughout, a full service kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spa like bathroom with body message shower and heated towel rack, and cozy bedroom with a queen size Vera Wang pillow top mattress make this the perfect retreat for those looking to relax and unwind. The condo also has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living area.
This condo also includes use of a 2 car private parking area, fireplace, 2 flat screen cable TV’s and DVD, private courtyard, comfortable queen size pull-out sofa, 2 beach tags, 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, 2 beach chairs, internet access, starter paper products, and washer and dryer.
Other amenities include central air, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, outdoor electric grill, hair dryer, outdoor rinse area, and private lobby with elevator access. Occupancy is limited to 3 persons. A young child or infant is counted as 1 person.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted in Cape House Condominium common areas.
No Tenant shall make or permit any disturbing noises on said premises by himself, his family, or visitors, nor permit any such persons to do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other neighbors.
Tenant may not assign or sublet property at any time during period of lease.The Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from appliance or air-conditioning/heating breakdown and refunds will not be given in this event. However, Owner will make every attempt to make repairs in an immediate and timely fashion.

These accommodations exceeded expectations. This condo is great place for a couples retreat / vacation at the beach. It's location is fantastic, it's well appointed, well maintained and exceptionally clean. Many descriptions of rental units are vastly overstated and or outdated however the description provided for this unit if any thing is understated as this condo comes as close to being an ideal place to stay as possible. Highly recommended in all regards.
And a perfect place to end it in! We spent a glorious week in Ocean City at this beautifully decorated, pristinely clean condo and can't say enough nice things about our delightful stay there. From our first interaction with the owner, to the very special amenity that greeted us upon our arrival, to the lovely decor and furnishings, to the spectacular views. Whenever we book a stay in a new place, our fingers are always crossed hoping that everything is as wonderful in person as it appears online and we can honestly say that it was. We enjoyed our days on the beach and our nights on the boardwalk - and our morning breakfasts and evening wine on the balcony - and spent the better part of the week just staring at the magnificent ocean, rejuvenating our minds and bodies, and wishing so badly we could extend our stay. We strongly recommend the Cape House condo and promise we will be back again. And again. And again!
We recently spent several days in Ocean City and chose the Cape House condo for our visit. The oceanfront/boardwalk location is so convenient to restaurants and shopping without the boardwalk noise, and the second floor covered porch provides great ocean/beach views when we preferred to be "with the ocean" rather than on the beach! The condo is spotless, the finishes are high-end, and the furnishings are quite comfortable. Anne and Bob were always available to answer questions and helped to make the rental process go smoothly. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our getaway, and we hope to do it again next year!
Our stay in September was So enjoyable. The unit was perfect for two! Loved the upscale furnishings, and pretty kitchen... Not to mention the beautifully tiled and appointed bath. Morning coffee and afternoon wine on the balcony looking out at the boardwalk and beach was wonderful. And, sunrises - just gorgeous. Great place to enjoy Ocean City, while maintaining some privacy and solitude. When back in OC, this is the place we hope to stay!
We have stayed in Ocean City for many vacations over the years and this year was the best, primarily because of where we stayed. The Cape House is on the boardwalk but on the edge of the boardwalk activity. We had easy access to everything but our location was not too noisy or too busy. The view of the ocean was amazing. We ate dinner on the porch watching the waves almost every evening. The condo itself is perfect for two adults and one or two children. We enjoyed the layout, decor and cleanliness of the condo. The amenities were top notch - bikes, chairs, wifi, appliances. The shower was four star hotel quality. The owners were wonderful, very accommodating and promptly answered all of our questions beforehand. We almost didn't want to write a review because we didn't want everyone to know how great our stay was and then rent all the weeks next summer and beyond. LOL
