Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
If I can re-rent the unit for the same amount you committed to, you will get your money back in full. Otherwise once I am whole with respect to your commitment and the replacement guest, you will get the balance whatever that may be. I do not intend to profit or lose based upon your need to cancel,

This property was purchased in March 2022 with the intention to rent it to adults (25 and up) and it is furnished as such. Your children are welcome but there are no games/toys/floaties/beach pails provided with this unit, so please be sure to bring those types of items with you. Why This Property?
I first purchased unit 307 at Crystal Shores in 2011. In 2014 I purchased my second condo, a 3/3 at Ocean House but discovered while bigger it was not as nice as Crystal Shores so I sold it to another owner there and bought 706 from an another owner here April of 2018. I just like everything this complex offers for a party of 4 it is a very good size.

Beautiful Condo with a Great View

This was our second stay in Michael's condo. Last year, we stayed in August for two weeks and knew that when we returned to Gulf Shores, we would want to stay again in CS706. Michael is attentive and very helpful. He provides great recommendations for the area, as well. The condo is decorated beautifully, very clean and is very well-equipped. The furniture is very comfortable and has alot of storage in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice with ample counter space. It is also very nice to have a washer and dryer to use in the condo. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning and at lunchtime. The view is awesome of the Gulf! The access to the beach is perfect. We had another great girls trip to Gulf Shores last week and we will definitely return again to CS706. Thanks for sharing your condo, Michael!!

Nice Condo

We enjoyed the week of the 4th at this condo. It's in a good location; easy to get to restaurants, etc. Condo is very clean and updated. It was a great place to get away for a week. Michael was easy to work with during reservation process.

Great place

This is our 2nd year to stay at this condo. It is a great place to stay everything is nice and updated. Michael is great to work with highly recommend his condo. Will definitely come back.

Great Place to be

Very nice condo with the perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Opening the door to our condo the first impression was this is sparkling clean, smelled great and inviting. The condo was very nicely decorated and well furnished for all of our needs. The full-size washer and dryer ensure that you don't have to bring a ton of cloths and also that you don't have to go home with a pile of dirty laundry. We were able to have covered parking while we were there most of the time. The use of codes instead of keys was a plus! We saw dolphins several mornings while drinking coffee setting in some really nice patio furniture. The view can't be beat. All areas of the property were clean and well kept. The owners are great to work with and we will try and stay here again when in the area. Because I want to stay here again the last thing I want to add is that if you canโ€™t follow the rules, respect someoneโ€™s property and help keep this place nice. Please find another place to stay.

Excellent Condo, Great Location

Condo was very clean. Furnishings were comfortable. Full kitchen very well equipped including full size appliances. Washer/dryer included. Starter kitchen, bath and laundry essentials. TV in both bedrooms and living room which included Netflix. Balcony was great with comfy chairs and excellent view. Grounds were kept very clean and secure. Many extras including pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise room. Michael was very accommodating and informative on the area. When needed he is only a few miles away. Home away from home! Would definitely return!
