Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Cancellation inside 60 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of 60 days is subject to 25% forfeiture. If owner or agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.

About Pierre

We fell in love with the Florida keys many years ago and finally realized our dream and bought a second home there. We have decided to let a few privileged people use our home when we are away.

Why This Property?

We own this property because it is located mid-way between Key West and Marathon at Mile Marker 27. It is also located just a short boat ride away from Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, which is world famous for its reefs and tropical fish. The water is crystal clear in this area of the Florida Keys and is great for snorkeling and swimming.

The world famous Looe Key Reef is only a 20-minute boat ride away and offers the most spectacular diving and snorkeling location in the USA. Very comfortable elegant 2-bed 2-bath, two story stilt home with a wraparound deck in a tropical paradise in the Lower Keys. Decorated in a tasteful nautical decor with very large open and spacious tiled living area, this house offers many amenities and includes a dock with space for a boat as well a quiet seating area. This home is located on the Atlantic Ocean side of Ramrod Key at Mile Marker 27, in Breezeswept Beach Estates, in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. The home is also situated near Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge, and National Key Deer refuge. Experience a slice of paradise. This is a non-smoking home on a quiet canal with direct access to open water that leads into the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. The interior of this home is light and bright with a large dining room, living room and an open kitchen area. There are white tile floors, central air, and ceiling fans throughout the home offering total comfort. The home has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. Linens are also provided, along with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A flat screen TV in main living area, cable TV, and Wifi internet service give this vacation rental all the comforts of home. The two sets of sliding doors of the dining and living area open onto a large screened in porch with ample seating and dining possibilities overlooking lush tropical landscaping and a private dock with quiet canal and natural mangroves for privacy. From the screened in porch you can enjoy the cool breezes and spectacular sunset. Plenty of room for covered parking, RV and a boat trailer.
This house can sleep 4 adults comfortably, or at the most 6 adults. But if you are looking to cram 7 or more adults into the house then this is not the house for you. We prefer to rent by the month to responsible adults. This is a very nice upscale house in a quiet neighborhood. If you want a house to party in and get loud please look somewhere else.

If you have more than 6 adults, have numerous pets, or a big family, you won't be comfortable here. We try to respond to every inquiry, but if we receive a request in the afternoon for a place to stay that night for one night (we have, during Fantasy Fest) or asking if 10 people can stay by pitching sleeping bags on the living room floor (we have, especially during Fantasy Fest!) please excuse us if our response is delayed … or non-existent.
