Our property offers short term rentals by the week with all arrivals and departures on a Saturday. When you rent the Sedona Guest Villa at Oak Creek Canyon, you rent the WHOLE HOUSE! This is NOT a time share or hotel property.
From this Villa you will experience red rock views, canyon vistas, national forest access and the gentle flowing waters of Oak Creek just a short walk from the house. The elevated hillside site affords panoramic views of Oak Creek Canyon, including up-close and long-range views.
With three bedroom suite, each located on their own floor this is the perfect property for honeymoon retreats, traveling couples or family vacations. ***We offer affordable rates from 2 - 6 guests. **Standard rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fees apply apply for three to six guests.

Beautiful views, spacious accommodations and a memorable week was spent overlooking Oak Creek. Everything was top of the line; from the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, to the comfortable king sized beds and the unique art works of Andrea Smith. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio watching the sunrise against the red rocks. Jerry and his staff do a magnificent job in maintaining this property. We will be back!
This house was everything we expected and more . Great views, beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished and lots of extras. Coffee for our first morning, toiletries, laundry supplies, even dry goods in the kitchen. We highly recommend this rental!
This property is simply fabulous!!! We stayed here for 5 nights in December. Everything this property has is first class. There are 3 bedrooms, one on each level, and it was tough deciding where to stay since it was just my wife and I. We settled on the middle level which was appointed with great furnishings and linens. There was plenty of storage on each level. We cooked in the kitchen several times and everything was top notch there as well. The views from this top level are breathtaking. As if the views were not enough the house is also decorated on every level with art of all types. There are paintings, sculptures, pottery, and vases as well as a few other treasures. My wife appreciated the turtle collection and added to it. Most importantly was the host Jerry. Every call I made was answered promptly and he always sincerely asked if we had any needs he could help us with. In summary this is the best home we have ever rented My wife and I like luxury when we travel and found it here in Sedona. We recommend you stay here without any reservations.
This house was perfect. Great views, great house, great art, great location. It is a few minutes drive into Upper Sedona, but not inconvenient by any means. Perfect house for families or just couple traveling together. It appears brand new and had everything you could imagine. We would definately stay there again. The pictures do not do it justice.
The views from all levels of this property are truly breathtaking - this must be one of the most beautiful places to stay in Sedona. The property itself is equally impressive. The property is very well furnished and maintained and has all the comforts of home. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable (which I have not typically found in rental homes)! The bathrooms are very spacious and include nice closet storage. The kitchen is well stocked and the property includes a wonderful open floor plan on the top level - kitchen, living and dining area - providing a great area to socialize and entertain. We were able to cook a few wonderful dinners, and enjoy the views, not just from the balcony, but from the picturesque windows on the all the floors. With each floor having its own spacious suite, everyone staying at the home was able to have their own private place to relax and unwind. The property location is great. We felt secluded in the beauty of Sedona, the mountains and the canyon, all the while being very close to the attractions of Sedona. It was a wonderful and relaxing visiting. The property had everything we could have ever needed or wanted and more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Sedona! The property is especially good for families or couples looking to socialize together, but also looking for quiet private time and space away from the group! Outstanding!
