We invite you to vacation at our Dreamview cabin! It is a spacious, bright and airy cabin with incredible close and long range mountain views from all rooms and decks.
Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin located on 2 acres in a private setting. There are 2 master suites, each with on suite large jetted 2 person tub and separate shower. Upper level master has a king size bed and private balcony with cozy sitting area. Perfect for watching the sunrise with morning coffee or evening unwinding with glass of wine. Upper level has a loft which makes a perfect perch for viewing the mountains from indoors or great place to read a book.
The main level master suite has French doors that lead outside to the main deck. There you'll find an outdoor dining area with gas grill and rocking chairs.
The lower level of the cabin has a game room with pool table, board games, HD TV and bar area with mini-fridge. It also has a large bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and opens through French doors to the private hot tub area. Going down from the lower level their are steps leading down to the outdoor area with fire pit and chairs, playground, and picnic table. This is a perfect area for kids to exhaust some daytime energy. At night, relax around the fire pit telling ghost stories and making smores.
The Cabin includes Wi-Fi, DISH HD TV with DVR, DVD players/movies, streaming Video capabilities and speaker docking station. There is a landline phone for local calling.
The Cabin is located in the 37,000 area Cohutta Wilderness inside the US National Forest service. There are miles of hiking trails on the Benton Mackaye Trail (BMT), mountain bike trails, Horseback riding within close proximity of the Cabin. You can also take a scenic drive through the forest to the popular Ocoee River Rafting area. This will take you along roads with airplane views.
You can stay in the mountains to hike, fish, horseback ride and still have the conveniences of Downtown Blue Ridge 8 miles away or Ellijay 10 miles away.
The Northwest Georgia location allows for easy day trips to Tennessee and North Carolina adventure destinations as well.

The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

3. Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Furniture is not to be rearranged.
4. Pets: Pets are not allowed at any time.
5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Cabin towels are not to be taken off the property.
6. Septic: The Cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
7. Fireworks: No fireworks are permitted on the property.
8. Hot tub: Please abide by the Hot tub rules posted next to the hot tub. Do not allow children under 18 to be unattended in or near the hot tub. No soaps or detergents are permitted in the hot tub. Please make sure you are clean before entering the hot tub.

The cabin is in an extremely nice location off the beaten path. The views are great. We had very easy and straightforward interactions with the owners during the rental process, and afterwards, as the owners responded to a follow-up query in a fashion that demonstrates their care for residents. All amenities were functional/up to the standards expected for a cabin in this price range. The area outside of the cabin was clean and provided plenty of activities for younger people (fire pit, play area, etc.). Location is roughly 18 minutes from Blue Ridge, with a similar distance to Ellijay, and there are only two other cabins nearby (not at all visible from this cabin), making for a quiet, relaxing stay. We examined other cabin "possibilities" during our visit to the North GA area, and we would choose Mountain Dream again. Overall experience was excellent.
Wow and amazing really breath taking views and cabin .... You won't want to leave.
Our large family found that there was something for everyone to enjoy at this relaxing mountain get-away. As soon as we walked in the door we knew we would have a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and we loved the many large windows in the house. We roasted marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit while stargazing, and watched movies and sang with the guitar while gathered in the living room near the indoor fireplace. Our teens had a blast playing pool downstairs. The adults relaxed while chatting in the hot tub, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, and rocking on the porch enjoying the view. Our younger children had tons of fun on the play equipment, swinging in the "hammock swing" under the porch, playing games at the large dining table, and exploring the property outdoors. The weather couldn't have been better during our stay! We ventured down the mountain one day and had a delicious lunch at Chester's in Blue Ridge, and picked up some fried pies at Mercier's to bring back to the cabin. We preferred spending the majority of our time resting and rejuvenating at the Mountain Dream cabin. Doug and Donna were wonderful to work with, even when we had to postpone our initial trip plans due to an unexpected emergency. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and there was plenty of extra bedding for cold nights. We would have liked to have more towels, but the washer and drier in the cabin made that easy enough to deal with. Our family would love to vacation in the mountains again, and everyone said they would love to return to Mountain Dream in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful cabin! It was even nicer than it appeared in the photos! Gorgeous views & very nice amenities in the home. I highly recommend it! Property owner was very helpful when we had some trouble with the lockbox. We certainly hope to go back!!!
