Our bright, sunny 2+ bedroom home on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood overlooks a marsh (complete with snowy egrets) and boat harbor, with a clear view of Mt. Tam. The master bedroom with a new European Sleepworks Cal King bed opens onto a deck with a large hot tub, and a large second room doubles as a guest bedroom and office. We have two full baths, a sun room, a southern exposure, and a stunning view.
If you're a cook, you'll appreciate our fully equipped kitchen with eating area overlooking the front garden. A counter separates the kitchen from the spacious living/dining room, with fireplace and flat-screen HD-TV (Roku, DVR, and BluRay DVD player).
There's a lovely back garden and grassy front yard, and a washer and dryer in the 2-car garage. We're close to hiking and bike trails, shopping, restaurants, San Francisco, the East Bay, the Northern California coast, and the wine country. It's the perfect place to stay when you're visiting your grandkids, renovating your home, relocating, writing your novel, or just touring Northern California.
This is a private home, not a townhouse. We pay for water, garbage, high-speed wireless internet, premium cable TV, and gardener - everything except gas & electricity, pay-per-view TV, and international phone calls. We're a smoke-free home, and we can't accept cats (we're allergic).
