Guests are given code for keybox. 2 keys and both keys must be left ON the kitchen counter prior to leaving and lock the lower lock. If paying through homescape, 100% is due at time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Owner has a contract which guests can view. You must speak with owner regarding any dog pets. This is COMPLETELY up to the owner to allow a dog pet or not. Only 1 family pet per stay. again, speak with owner.
House Rules
Only well-behaved dog...none on furniture...all shots...treat home with respect as you would want your home to be treated. And only if owner permits. Some guests are allergic so we limit this privilege.

Unique Benefits
Our pool is more private and it is nice to come off the beach, use outdoor shower to rinse off sand and hang out at the pool. each bedroom has its own bath, flat screen tv, and we also have DVD players in 2 bedrooms and living room. Deck off living area and deck off upstairs king master with a walk-in closet. We consider 1 dog pet and dog stay is $210 per 7 night stay.

Our family rented SeaWalk 1 in mid-June for a week directly from the owners who were exceptionally easy to work with. They responded quickly and were pleasant and caring throughout the process. The house is very spacious, set up for 12 people, and has a private bath in every bedroom plus a half bath near the main area. The amenities of soap and toilet paper in each bath were particularly thoughtful giving us time to go shopping for the essentials later. We thought it was very reasonably priced compared to other places we have stayed in the area. It is pet friendly and located ideally near a dog park. The neighborhood appears quiet and safe and is an excellent location for walking, running, or biking. It is an easy walk(2 blocks) to the beach, 4 restaurants, and even a new t-shirt shop. The private pool is very nice with lots of lounge chairs, umbrella, etc. Parking space is ideal. The deposit was reasonable and quickly returned within a few days. We definitely give this house 5 stars as everything was just perfect for our stay. “ Thanks again Terri and George, Kate.
