I provide sheets and all bedding, however you need to bring your own towels - bath and beach. There is a gas grill you may use. I provide 2 free off street parking spaces in my small beach parking lot adjacent to the property. Parking is challenging here in the summer and most rentals only allow space for 1 car - so this is a bonus!! The beach is just a few steps from your doorway - no street to cross. Venetias Restaurant is on the corner - diner style food with a retro decor to match. The Pier and downtown area is less than 1/2 mile- and easy walk on the beach or street. Lots of shops, food, amusements along the way - something for everyone. Ocean Park is a short walk in the other direction - a quaint neighborhood with cute shops, restaurants, old fashioned ice cream parlor and shuffle board courts. You can walk almost everywhere, but you can also jump on the trolly which stops close by and travels around town, or the bus to South Portland/Portland or Saco/Biddeford. The train station is within walking distance too. The DownEaster stops several times a day. You can rent bikes, scooters and unique tandem surrey bikes for a fun trip around town!

Why This Property?
My family vacationed in Ocean Park when I was growing up. I continued to vacation in Old Orchard Beach as an adult, and dreamed of someday owning my own beach house. Friends from Massachusetts bought a second home here, told us about this property abutting theirs which came up for sale, and the rest is history! Owning this property was more than I ever dreamed of!!
Unique Benefits
The beach is just a few steps from your doorway - no street to cross. Camp Comfort Ave is a quiet, pretty little road with only a few houses. Mostly they are properties like mine - a few rentals with owner occupied living space as well. We love flowers and it shows!! Window boxes, flower pots and garden beds are everywhere!
