We are a (happily) married couple from Serbia and Colombia. We are both filmophiles, we try to watch 2 every week, we love good food. We cook a lot and we visit good restaurants often. Why This Property?

What to do in Fort Lauderdale: Fort Lauderdale is famous as one of the best destinations in southern US for foodies. Some of the best restaurants are located in the country are located here. Your default food rating is 8/10 even for the worst restaurants around and it just goes from there. There are too many amazing places to eat so you should check with us first, and depending on what type of food you like, we will point you in the direction of “Oh my god!” meals. Fort Lauderdale is also very popular with spring breakers, and for a good reason. Great night scene. From Wilton Manors (second largest gay area in US) up to downtown Fort Lauderdale ($5-$10 Uber ride) and Las Olas (famous for it’s bars and beaches and only a $10 Uber ride away), you are not going to be bored, that's for sure. On top of that you have 101 bar along the beach, and you won't make a bad decision regardless on which one you stop at. Live music is in every third or fourth joint too! From the beach, going south you will find great ice cream place (and going north is great donut place), and about 10 minutes further, nice chill-out lounge bars start appearing. Beach itself has great many options, everything from parasailing, wakeboarding, snorkeling (we even have few snorkel sets and fins which you can borrow for free!), jet skiing, speed boat riding, etc. If you feel like renting a car for a day and are into the magnificent! outdoors, Everglades is one of the most famous national parks. Amazing natural terrains which you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the US, kayaking trails that will change your life (wear sunscreen even if you are going through the completely covered jungle. I learned the hard way). Air boat rides are a blast! And of course gators are just about anywhere. Yes, up there, over here and even there. :P To summarize, Fort Lauderdale is beautiful and a true tourist destination, and our home just might be the home base from which you can experience it.

Property is located close to the beach. You can get there in 5 minutes by car, 8 minutes by bike or about 15-20 minutes walking. It is super easy, almost a straight line from the place.

It is great for EVENTS or short and long term stays. With large patio that can fit over 100 people, 2 kitchens where you can make or store food, 4 full bathrooms you can have a party of a lifetime.

It has 2 full size kitchens that are equipped not only with your basic amenities (microwaves, kettles, French presses (for you coffee junkies), cups, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, plates, etc.) but everything you need to cook anything. Measuring spoons, containers for storage, pans and pots of all sizes. There are 4 nice walk-in closets with plenty of space for long term stay. We also have Irons and ironing boards, hair dryers and plenty of towels.

All curtains are blackout curtains so you can sleep till late without light bothering you.

There is a backyard rest area of decent size (around 2000sq feet) with 2 patio sets, sun umbrellas, and 2 gas grills. Backyard is little bit secluded and there is not too much light around, so star gazing is possible once you turn off the lights of the home.

If you bring a pet with you they can run around in the fenced backyard. And while resting area is around 2000sq feet, place where your pets can play is more around 3000sq feet, excluding the beautiful front (which is not fenced out).

We remodeled entire home right after purchasing it February 2016. Literary everything is new. Beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.

There are 50 inch Smart TVs in the living rooms with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (besides other 150 channels). We also provide you with phones in the home with unlimited calling in the continental USA (this is especially cool for our foreign guests). There are also Chromecasts so you can stream anything from your own devices.
