The walk up to the apartment is very easy, on a wide staircase with low marble steps, in a large entrance with pretty tiles from Provence.

No need a car in this location,
otherwise street parking or parking garages nearby.
From airport (three miles), there is a shuttle bus that drops you off very near the apart, or it is a short cab ride.
Private airport transfer can be arranged.
We have been renting this apt for 14 years now. We have many returning clients every year.
We had been advertising on VRBO since 2000 and had many wonderful reviews there.
However we have decided not to work with them anymore.
We can provide referrals on request.

I have been coming to the French Riviera since the 1980"s, both my children were born there.
I have lived and worked in the States.
My first grandchild was recently born in Nice !

Why This Property?
Nice is so vibrant all year round. All seasons can be enjoyed. Great base to visit the little towns along the coast, as well as Italy & Monaco.
Good public transportation, 1.50 euros to go on buses around the Riviera.

My friend and I stayed here for a week. Elegant, private, convenient, we loved it! Loved to sit on balcony with a view of the sea, explore all the nearby shops and restaurants and took advantage of all the great suggestions in the guest book that the owner has put so much thought into. Perfect place to stay!!

A beautiful two-bedroom apartment, one short block to the beach. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance and short walk to busses that will take you to all of the beautiful towns along the Riviera. I have stayed in this apartment many times and would not hesitate to stay again. The owner is so gracious and there is always someone available to help with any assistance you may need.
