Welcome to our Villa on Autumn Creek Circle in the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek. Indian Creek is in Kissimmee, Florida, just south of Walt Disney World.

Welcome to our Villa on Autumn Creek Circle in the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek. Indian Creek is in Kissimmee, Florida, just south of Walt Disney World.
We recently purchased this villa as a vacation home for to use ourselves and as a rental. This quiet, peaceful development is within 3 miles of Disney property and is extremely close to other major attractions such as Universal Studios and Wet n' Wild. It is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches.
This villa is newly updated. Some of the the recent improvements include:
- Kitchen Appliances
- 50″ Flat Screen HDTV in the living room and flat screen in the master bedroom.
- Tile flooring in all 4 bedrooms and common areas.
- Windows 10 Workstation with 22″ monitor, MS Office, Webcam, Card Readers and multi-function printer.
- Gas grill and utensils.
As our guest we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire to your day of departure. We are not a booking agent, we personally own this home. However, this villa is professionally maintained and you will have access to 24/7 hour assistance from our local Management Company.
Our spacious, well equipped home benefits from a south west facing pool, separate hot tub, gas grill, games room, high speed (50Mbps) internet access and free phone calls. It also backs up to open space so there are no neighbors behind the house, giving you much more tranquility and privacy. Being located about 15 minutes from Disney and close to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect base for your trip to the Sunshine State.
Whether you’re in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax you’ve found the perfect location. This villa is very well furnished with your every comfort in mind. This is our vacation home as well so we have put a lot of time and energy into making how we want it to be for our vacations.
You'll love returning to this delightful house at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. Additionally, it is so close, you can take a break in the middle of a day at the parks and go back for the fireworks in the evening.

We have worked hard to provide the amenities we would want while staying at our vacation home. Because not everyone has a laptop they can bring, we have installed a new Windows 10 Workstation with a 22″ monitor, MS Office, Webcam, Card Readers and multi-function printer.
We also immediately replaced the gas grill with a brand new one.

About Sid Payne
Carey and I are originally both from the mid-west but met in central Florida while working at Medieval Times. That was quite the adventure. About 23 years ago we decided to move to Colorado together and get married. We now live just north of Boulder, Colorado. We have two boys, one in high school and one attending to the University of Colorado.

We purchased this property because we still have friends and family in the area and visit often. While we do hope to rent the house as much as possible, visiting family and friends is also extremely important for us.

- A USB charging station that supports most modern phones and tablets.
- Family board games.
- A pretty nice little stereo for listening to music that can stream Bluetooth off your phone.

- Strollers and high chairs.

We also feel that by not having neighbors behind the house that the pool and hot tub are much more private.
Overall we wanted to make this home the way we would want it to be while we are on vacation. We think you will find all the extra little touches really special.
