Why This Property?
This is a very special unit to us. It has been our personal unit until very recently and it was the first unit we bought. It is clean, well maintained and has one of the best views anywhere in Panama City. Both the bedroom and living room have a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. From the balcony, you can see St Andrews State Park at one end and Pinnacle Port at the other end.

The Sunbird is a special special property. It's very family friendly but also loved by older couples. The location can't be beat. Near all the things you and your family will want to do. The unit is fully equipped so you can dine in and enjoy fresh seafood purchased near by or walk a few feet to Pineapple Willeys, Dee's Hangout or down the beach to Spinners. This condo is a real gem!
Date of Stay: April 1st , 2016

My husband and I just spent 66 days at this wonderful condo (and will return many, many more times). Pam and Steve are our gracious owners and are super friendly and helpful and are never far away, if anything is needed. This unit welcomes you as soon as you open the door, with an immediate view of the beach and beautiful decorations. The living room has comfy furniture including a rocker/recliner (that my husband declared was his chair) with patio doors to a balcony (that you will want to spend a lot of hours on, while basking in the sun and watching the world go by); a dining area that was cozy and gave wonderful views of the sunset; the kitchen was open to the living areas so I always had a fabulous view while cooking, all new appliances and was very well equipped. The bedroom had a king size bed that was very comfortable and waking up to views of the gulf every morning, through the patio doors was a treat, for sure. The entry door had an electronic lock, so there was no need to even carry a key while walking on the beach, which is so close. The white sandy beach goes on for miles and miles and you can often spot dolphins swimming by. This unit is also close to everything. We had our car but you could easily get by without having one. Close by are restaurants, pubs, a zoo, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World, Walmart, drug stores, etc.. Thanks to Pam and Steve for making our retirement snow bird days such a treat. We will see you next year.
