Come visit Lake Anna VA and stay at our water front home Kindred Spirits at Childs Cove. Book our home for your weekly Sat to Sat summer vacation. Our lake front home is 250' on the public side with a beach and place for docking your watercraft on site. Splash into the lake from our water slide. We have lots of decks to relax as well as a swing and hammock to look out to the waters of Lake Anna. Our dock is also large for fishing. When visiting you will find our lake home is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a private community on the public side of LKA. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms and an open loft. All bedrooms have satellite and DVD or VCR. Loft has a play station. All beds are prepared with fresh linens. Bath, face and hand towels are also provided. You will find paper products and detergents as well. If you enjoy cooking our kitchen is fully stocked for basic meals or a chef's creation. If you love to grill there is a large 6 burner Weber grill awaiting you as well. Our home allows 8 guests with the maximum of 4 adults and the rest being children. It is a great set up for two families to share and enjoy a lake vacation. 3 vehicle and 2 watercraft limit as well.

I am a mother of two boys (My son and husband-tee hee), have a weekly full time job, plus run our lake home and our beach home. Busy always, but especially love my vacation homes and sharing them and being host to our guests. I believe if you treat people well, they do in return and if you stay at our home you will see we are hands on and love to spoil our guests. I have been doing this for many years (28 yrs a/o 2016) Started out at age 24 when I talked my mom into being a partner on a small studio beach vacation rental. Always wanted to have a B&B, but this is as close to such for now. I love to cook and entertain and if you stay at my home will see that love for my homes and guests.

When you visit Kindred Spirits at Childs Cove you will find yourself tucked away in the woods, water front and with the relaxation of nature, water and our home. When we first saw our home we knew this was a place we wanted to make family memories and eventually retire to. No matter the season you have water views which just sweep all your cares away. Most days you will be lucky to see our local heron Elvis flying by, the splash of a fish biting or the natural artwork in the skies Mother Nature paints for us daily. Truly no better a place to have family and down time. We hope you can visit and enjoy.

When you arrive you will already have prepared beds with fresh linens, bath, hand and face towels, all the paper products and detergents and little surprises here and there to make unloading easier.
