Payment Policies

The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 45 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements

There is a $400 damage deposit required for all monthly rentals. $200 for nightly rentals

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations made at any time will be deducted 8% for our credit card fees for accepting funds and then returning them.
If you cancel more then 45 days before arrival you will receive 92% back. If you cancel within 45 days of arrival there will be no refund.

House Rules

1.Monthly bookings require an application to be signed for HOA by all adults. This includes your SS number and we need photos of all adults drivers licenses or passports. The fee for this approval is $50 per adult

2. Nightly rentals when in effect will require just a license or passport of every adult.
