First, the location is fantastic situated in close proximity to all of the shopping and entertainment of Coligny Circle, and just outside of SeaPines.

So many things to love about this property.
First, the location is fantastic situated in close proximity to all of the shopping and entertainment of Coligny Circle, and just outside of SeaPines.
Second, the oceanfront lot is spectacular! Unlike most of the comparable oceanfront homes that sit directly on the beach to the detriment of privacy, we have a very large yard between the house and the ocean that provides privacy and amazing views. And we recently constructed a deck near the ocean that is equipped with a luxurious covered daybed for soaking up the ocean breezes.
Next, the home itself is fabulous. We love the outdoor pool and large surrounding patio and the three levels of decking to take in the amazing ocean views. Our home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations with five bedrooms and a wonderful loft area upstairs with sleeping for at least six and a separate sitting area with large screen TV.
