Villa Nicola is a two bedroom detached Villa (sleeping 4 – 6), in the beautiful seaside village of Lendinuso on the shores of the Adriatic sea, complete with the added benefits of a fantastic swimming pool, Free WiFi and air-conditioning.
A tiled front courtyard with ample off-road parking sufficient for two cars under a shady canopy.and contain spreading apricot, lemon and plum trees that provide cool shade and also seasonal fruit for you to pick and enjoy. An arched gateway under the roof stairs opens out from the courtyard into a wide landscaped garden, studded with attractive palms, shrubs and trees in gravelled gardens that surround a stunning 10 x 5 metre swimming pool set in a large stylishly tiled sun bathing area.
Inside, Villa Nicola has been tastefully restored, containing solid wood furniture throughout. The kichen is fully fitted and large fully tiled bathroom contains the washing machine, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and vanity unit etc.
The master bedroom is huge, divided by a central archway, and contains a six foot wide SuperKing bed and twin singles, cabinet, lockers and wardrobe - while the second bedroom contains a large, comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, lockers and ample wardrobe storage and a window looking out into the front courtyard
All beds in Villa Nicola are comfortable with orthopaedic mattresses and good pillows. All windows have insect screens, and are shuttered to help keep the midday sun out if having an after lunch siesta.
The Villa guide provided is full of information about the Villa, beaches, towns and attractions to visit, Puglia and the Salento region themselves.
Villa Nicola is located south of Brindisi on the outskirts of Lendinuso, right on the Adriatic coast. Lendinuso is a small Italian holiday village full of Italian summer homes.
Quiet and peaceful out of season, it comes alive in summer-time, with its seaside promenade and beachfront pizzerias & restaurants, coffee and ice-cream bars, all within less than 5 minutes walk.
Villa Nicola is the perfect place to relax at any time of the year, whether you want to stay by the swimming pool, or explore the area.
Situated just 25 minutes from Brindisi airport this tranquil villa provides a peaceful haven for the perfect holiday all the year round to enjoy La Dolce Vita the way the Italians do,
