Pender Island is located in the Southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada, a short ferry ride from either Vancouver or Victoria.
Both cities have international airports just a short distance away from the ferry terminal. Ferry reservations are advised during the summer months. From Twassen (Vancouver) take the Southern Gulf Island Route and from Swartz Bay (Victoria) the Pender Island route. BC ferries schedule - https://www.bcferries.com/schedules

Why This Property?
We bought and built this property for our family but we have shared it through vacation rental for over a decade. Unfortunately we no longer list through VRBO, Homeaway, or Air BnB as the fees they charge clients are extortionate now. They also treat our property as if it was a hotel room and we have little to no opportunity to screen guests. Pender Island is not a party place and our home is best
