The home is impeccably furnished from top to bottom, and offers a full, well equipped kitchen. A beautifully set dining table can accommodate 7 people, and 4-top eating bar seats 4. A modern bar-cart is tucked in and supplied with various types of glassware.
The comfortable and well accommodated living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa, 2 easy chairs and added seating for all for your guests. A 50' wall-mounted television, complete with Family Cable ( decent variety of channels, including ESPN ) and a Netflix account .
A large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located next to the kitchen and dining areas, as well as a ½ bath.
Heading upstairs, you will find the bed rooms. The master boasts a beautiful king bed with an easy chair, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a 42' wall-mounted TV. The master bath offers double sinks, a large soaking bathtub, stand-up shower, and large closet.
The 'Queen's Room' has a more traditional feel, with a comfortable quilted queen-size bed, 40' flat screen TV, bedside tables, side chair, and chest of drawers. The 'Twin Room' has more of a beach theme, with 2 twin beds, a large chest of drawers, 'pouf' seating, and a 32' flat screen TV/DVD combination. The 'Queen's Room' and the 'Twin Room' share a well-appointed bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Outdoor areas include a huge front porch, huge upstairs balcony, and back deck. There is also plenty of front and back yard space for the little ones to run off some energy, while the adults BBQ on the propane grill.
There is WiFi connection to keep informed and connected if unplugging is not your thing... All TVs in the home (4) are flat screen, and some are wall-mounted, and have cable connections with a large variety of HD channels (including ESPN).
All in all, the 2000 square-feet of luxury beach living is a perfect complement to the adventure and down home feel of Florida’s Emerald Coast. Located just 2 blocks east of 395 and 1 block north of 30A, the house is just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seaside (less than 1 mile), and within a short walk to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping.

Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of this property is the sliding barn door INSIDE that separates the media area from the rest of the house. Close the door and you can watch a movie without having to worry about waking up the kids. Slide the door open, and you've got a great gathering space that flows into the kitchen area which is perfect for family dinners. Speaking of dinners, this property has top of the line cutlery and cookware and all the appliances are brand new. Luxurious master suite with its own private balcony and great rooms for the kids too. We stayed for 6 nights, and walked to blocks to the beach every day. I highly recommend this vacation rental!
This is our second time back to the Stingray-O house and once again we had a fabulous time. Rented bikes and chairs from Live-Well 30A and got a 10% discount. One of the most responsive owners I have ever dealt with and the house was well kept and had great amenities. Using their Netflix had movie nights, and game nights. We will be back next year for a third time!!
We had a wonderful stay at Stingray-O. It is an easy walk to the beautiful beach, even for our 4 young kids. The house is clean, well kept, conveniently located and has all the amenities we needed, plus. We had to contact the owners a couple of times and they always responded quickly and professionally. We would love to vacation here again.
Fabulous location, very responsive owners and great time for all at Stingray-O !!! Would recommend and will definitely be back there in the future!!!
My daughter and I recently enjoyed a week at the Stingray-O home. It was nothing less than perfect. Well organized with all accommodations you need and then some. The home is decorated with quality comfort and sophistication. One of my favorite places after a day at the beach to relax was on the oversized chair on the balcony, just outside the master bedroom. So beautiful!. My daughter is a runner and enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding area during her morning workouts. The home is just footsteps away from the amazing beach. There is a nice grocery store very nearby to stock and excellent restaurants within walking distance. It was also fun to explore just blocks away at Seaside and Watercolor. You should not miss the awesome sunset either. This is a perfect home for any event and we plan to return soon.
