$999 per night and $5,994.00 per week (based on 7 days, 6 nights week) which includes 8 guests. Additional guests are $30 per guest per night. Pets not allowed. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Add 10.3% for local and state taxes. 50% required to confirm a reservation with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Event fees are as follows: Base event (any type) up to 50 people -- $600.00 Additional 50 people -- $400.00 (per group of 50) Mid stay extra cleaning -- $400.00 An event is defined as any mid-day gathering or ceremony - such as weddings, parties, retreats - where a large group of people will be at the property during the day but not spending the night.
