Rent a large house for your family reunion or group retreat that sleeps 21 people. Back of house is waterfront with three large deck tables, dining chairs, and gas grill. Deck is fenced and gated and accommodates children and pets. Wonderful location, one block walk to beach and three blocks from shops and restaurants.

If you need to cancel the rental, notify the owner as soon as possible. The owner will make every attempt to find a replacement renter. If a new renter is found for the entire rental period, you will receive a refund minus a fee of 15% of the total rental amount for the week or weekend rental.

A perfect location - easy to get to night life in Rehobeth or Ocean City - yet still quiet and peaceful - walk across street to beach - no need to drive - walk to McDonalds for breakfast! - Great shaded deck on the canal - spacious and comfortable - decor is "fun beach". Always love to go there.

We had such an amazing weekend at this house! Very close to the Ocean City (>30min) where we went to Seacrets (highly recommend) and so convenient to get to the beach, one block! We walked back and forth to the house and beach for beverages and food and had a very relaxing trip! So much space in the house, so many bathrooms, two large kitchens, just great for a large group (we had 16 people)! Nancie made the check in and check out process so easy!
