Deposit Requirements
You may pay by cash, check, money order, debit card, or credit card. If you want to pay by debit card, I can send you an invoice by Google pay. You can pay by credit card through this website.
If you would like to pay by check, it takes a $100 deposit. Then the 50% deposit is due in 3 weeks, and then the final balance is due 6 weeks ahead of the rental date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel the rental, notify the owner as soon as possible. The owner will make every attempt to find a replacement renter. If a new renter is found for the entire rental period, you will receive a refund minus a fee of 15% of the total rental amount for the week or weekend rental.

House Rules
Check-in is as early as 11 AM and check-out is as late as 7 PM on weekends.
During summer weeks, check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM
If you use the house linens - sheets and towels, you will need to wash them and put them away prior to departure.
All trash must be removed from the house and put into the trash bins prior to departure.
