Our experience with the property and with the service/support at the Hacienda was nothing less than EXCELLENT. You can not find better service and cleanliness of the entire property from the unit we rented to cleanliness of the landscaping, high level service at the pool, restaurant service, room service...even setting up umbrellas on the sand. They check in with you daily to be sure everything is excellent. The location of the Resort is the best in all of Cabo, located at the heart of the Marina with great restaurants, shopping and nice people. We will come back here often in the future.

Hi Cristal, Just wanted to let you know that everything was wonderful! Your place is so well put together, with everything one might need! Comfortable and beautifully decorated! The staff there is so professional and helpful! We did not want for anything, whether by the pool, at the gym or dining al fresco! We enjoyed walking to dinner in the evenings and the easy access to the marina! We played countless games out on the balcony looking at that amazing view! The perfect family bonding trip! Thank you! We stayed here over the New Years holiday week and enjoyed the villa, location, and property. It was beautiful and this was a great way to end the year and enjoy some vacation time before 2016. The villa has plenty of space, very nice and well kept furnishings, and an amazing view. The owner was easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had what we needed from the Concierge before the trip. The villa had everything we needed and more, and by pre-ordering groceries, this was one of the easiest and most relaxing vacations we have had. La Hacienda is a lovely place and the service, pool, and restaurant were excellent. We had a great time and definitely plan on visiting Cabo and staying in this villa again. Thank you!
Our stay in Cabo was made perfect because of where we stayed! This was our first trip to Cabo and the amenities & location of the resort could not have been better. The unit was absolutely beautiful. So spacious with comfortable beds and breathtaking views! The balcony looks out to the ocean and the iconic rock formation "El Arco". We took full advantage of all of the amenities at the resort. The concierge made all of our dinner reservations and gave us fabulous recommendations. All of the restaurants were easy walking distance to the resort ... Our favorites were Edith's & La Dolce & the popular restaurant, The Office, is literally steps away from the resort as is the Marina with many more restaurants & shops. The beach concierge called jet skis & water taxis for boat rides & snorkeling ... We didn't even need to leave the resort's beach or haggle over prices. So convenient. I can't recommend Cristal's property enough, it was a vacation my family and I will never forget!
