Not a peek-a-boo view, not an "ocean view" over the roof of other properties. We have a GORGEOUS, SPECTACULAR, DIRECT, UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN & SUNSET VIEW! Our unit is one of the handful located in the very front of the complex of 316 units. It is in most desirable oceanview 'H' cluster looking directly west into the ocean, it is closet to the popular golden sandy Kamaole III beach (~200 feet away). From the comfort of your own private lanai/patio, you will enjoy the amazing nightly sunset, spotting breaching whales in season and enjoy your coffee while watching the paddleboards passing by...
In July 2014, we finished a complete high-end remodel including new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms with granite counters & cherry cabinets, new tile bath showers, all new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer, new hot water heater, crown molding, new light fixtures, new fans, new faucets, new interior doors and painting and much more. In 2012, we put in new tile flooring through out, all new furniture, brand new heavenly California King bed. Our condo is in very nice condition with amazing ocean and sunset view, as you can see from the guest comments on the vrbo site.
Our condo is not just a rental property, we enjoy staying here several time a year ourselves. We have provided everything we appreciate at our own home so you will have a fantastic relaxing vacation. The following amenities are free of charge for our guests:

Our unit is one of the handful units that is located in the front row and has a direct ocean and sunset view. Kama'ole beach III, one of the nicest beaches in the world, is ~200 ft from our condo.

As stated in the rental agreement, if our guest is not 100% satisfied with the household supplies, cleaning, etc, report the issue(s) to us within 48 hours of check-in, we will have the cleaning company fix the issue(s), free of charge.
Maui Kamaole: luxury condominium resort, low-rise, low density. 2 pools + 2 jacuzzis, BBQ, tennis courts. 2 miles from Grand Wailea Hotel and Shops at Wailea, 2.5 miles from Wailea Beach, 6 miles north of Big Beach at Makena, 0.7 miles from the shops/restaurants at Kihei Rainbow mall.
Our unit is 200 ft from the beach. There is no long haul to the beach. You'll love dinner on the Lanai while the sun sets over the ocean. We have the latest high speed internet and latest wireless routers setup for great internet access - at no additional charge. Also includes one parking stall near the unit entrance.

We stayed for 8 nights at Matt and Shu's property. Lovely osesetting. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning and watching sunsets there with cocktails in the afternoon. It was great having all of the beach equipment readily available along with the new coffeemaker and fully equipped kitchen. Even though there were only 2 of us staying there we REALLY appreciated the 2 FULL bathrooms in this condo. The location right across the street from Kam III beach was great. Close enough to activities in Kihei and Wailea but super at the complex. And the remodeled main pool was just a 2 minute stroll from the unit.

The place was great - clean, fresh and new with everything we needed and plenty of room for a family of 4 (parents and 2 teens). The layout of the condo was great too, with patios in the front and the back, hoses readily available to wash sand off, and a back lanai with a great view of the lovely beach and a perfect view of the sunset. The area is great - seems a bit more laid back than West Maui and you are still close to lots of great activities. All in all it was an ideal place to spend a great week!

This is our second time staying at this unit, and enjoyed it both times. We saw whales out in the ocean right from the Lanai almost daily, along with spectacular sunsets! The bed was comfy, and the amenities perfect for a Home away from home. It is a close walk to several different beaches, and restrauants. Dealing with the owners of this unit was easy and hassle free! Thank you Matt and Shu! S.P.

We spent a month in this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is great and the sunsets off the lanai were incredible. BBQ is easy access from the unit. Would stay again.

Wonderful Maui lodging. Convenient location to beaches, dining, and shopping. For our snorkeling trip one morning, all we had to do was walk across the street to the Kihei dock to catch our boat! Could not ask for a better view of the ocean during the day and the sunset at night. The inside of the condo was beautifully decorated and included beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels which we loved not having to rent or bring ourselves. Would highly recommend this property!
