The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Refundable $1,500 damage deposit is due 14 days prior to check in
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Full Refund with a 60 day notice, less a $50 cancellation fee
For cancellations made between 60-30 days, your first payment is forfeited.
Cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival: No Refund

About Tony Bell
This is our custom dream home that we designed and built paying attention to every detail. We love to entertain and have friends and family over, so we designed it with that in mind. You'll leave here noticing every detail that we have put into our home. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we have!
Why This Property?
We have lived in Austin since 1999. We built this custom home as our dream home in 2005. Tony is a Mechanical Engineer turned home designer/builder and I am the Property Manager, co-owner of Villa De Suenos . I am also a full-time mom to our 12 year old daughter. Tony and I personally manage all aspects of our property and rental.
Unique Benefits
It's the best location in Austin! And Austin is the best city in Texas! You have all the conveniences of Austin and it's THE closest to downtown that you can get on Lake Travis. We love this part of Austin because it has so much to offer and we love the hills and views. We enjoy boating on Lake Travis (wakeboarding, tubing and wake-surfing).
