A convenient powder room is located on the main floor, also the laundry. Finished, put your feet up by the fireplace and adjust the smart TV or view the skyline and CN tower from the decks with birds and squirrels nearby. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The master with queen bed plus ensuite with heated floors walks out to the deck. The north bedroom is a double, with desk and a view of the Victorian chestnut treed street. The middle bedroom, a single, includes a walk up to the reading loft, under the skylights with board games, yoga and books. An extra guest can be comfortable with the air mattress upon request. A 4 piece is located between these two bedrooms. Pets are welcome with prior approval (no snakes). Utilities, Wifi, cable, AC, parking inclusive. Welcome.

About Suzanne
First reclaimed and renovated in 1982, we spent too much so sold our then house. Many good years and memories in a great neighbourhood. of all sorts, all ages, all places. Too many, so after years of travel and moves for work, children and school, we kept it. One day retire in it.

Why This Property?
Location. Also, it had and still has everything. Fabulous food, history, change, Grange Park. Met many friends here, made many stories. We walked everywhere, parked the car behind the house. Reno became Reno 2 in 2006. Then 2015. Bright, airy. In a nutshell, it is home.

Toronto traffic is hell. It is faster and easier to walk. From here you can do just that, if too far, then transit is half a block. Walk through park for subway. Great produce in Chinatown, great shopping and espresso bar. Great view of CN Tower from deck. Swatow Szechuan is open until 2 a.m. or take it out. Oh, I can park without tickets. We have parking!
