Deposit Requirements
25% due on booking, remainder due 4 weeks prior to checkin. There will be a $300 security deposit for all rentals. Security deposit will be returned in the same manner in which it was paid. Property manager will review any damages with you prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental fee will be refunded in full, minus a $100 administration fee, ONLY if Homeowner can find another renter for the same time period. About Sandra
We are originally from up north and have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We moved to Austin some years ago with our boys and discovered the beauty and exceptional welcoming vibe that Port A offers. We hope you are as happy and comfortable in our home as we are.
Why This Property?
We have loved Port Aransas from our first visit about 5 years ago. We love the casual vibe, great restaurants and fabulous night life. We also love being in town where we are able to get around on our golf cart and be close to everything.
Unique Benefits
Every single item in the house was newly purchased in June 2015 when we bought the home from the builder. We are also less than a 5 minute walk to several restaurants, coffee/ice cream shop with live entertainment, 5 minute walk to the beach In the golf cart zone!
