The dining room table seats 12 comfortably. A fully stocked kitchen where you can found everything you will need for the chef who wants to entertain friends & family. Breakfast area with large table for 6 people.
The House has 5 bedrooms, Master Suite bedroom has a queen bed, Bedroom One has a queen bed, Bedroom Two has two full beds and queen bed, Bedroom Three has two single beds and Bedroom Four which is located on the first floor has a queen bed. Each Bedroom also has a 40' UHD TV. The House has two large full bathrooms, one on each floor. 14 people can sleep in beds and 4 more in a coach's.

If no replacement can be found, no refunds are given under 60 days from the date of arrival, 50% refunds are given 120-60 days and 25% refunds beyond 120 days. Again, all cases, if a replacement guest is found a 100% refund is made.
