Why This Property?
This was our 1st beach house and we love it so much and the magic of the location that we'd rather share it than sell it. The magic it holds for relaxation is 2nd to none. We call it Gator Cottage after the resident gator that suns across the pond near the sand trap. National Geographic plays out 24/7 here. Just 2 blocks to beach/pools/restaurants and shops absolute paradise!
