Christianshavn is famous for the narrow cobbled streets lined with traditional old houses in many colors. I have three Michelin-starred restaurants within five minute walks and several cosy cafes along the canal. Dine at Rene Redzepi’s world-famous restaurant NOMA, get an extraordinaire experience at The Royal Danish Opera or visit freetown Christiania. Just across the bridge (Knippels Bro) is Copenhagen city centre just 10 minutes walk away - or 2 minutes by metro train.
During summer Christianshavn has several recreational bathing facilities along the Copenhagen Harbour.
